Rachael Lantz began her marketing journey during the 2008 recession, shortly after graduating college. Though her initial dream was to write for a Christian magazine, she began volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, which marked the beginning of a fulfilling career in marketing. She went on to become the Marketing Director at United Way and then Council on Aging, where she managed the marketing program, hosted TV and radio shows, and edited the organization's quarterly magazine.

After marrying a pilot, Rachael moved to Pennsylvania and became the Marketing Manager for a local waste authority. It was during this time that she started envisioning a marketing agency focused on helping nonprofits and small businesses. When she was expecting her first child, she put her plans on hold and took on part-time work with a park foundation in Lancaster, PA, while also doing freelance work. Following the birth of her second child, Rachael led marketing efforts for a family-owned internet service provider.

Throughout these experiences, the idea of owning her own business remained a goal. Eventually, she decided to take the leap and start her own marketing agency, bringing her vision of supporting nonprofits and small businesses to life.
